When you renovate a home you worry about look, costs and being able to trust your contractors/suppliers.

Brian (owner) personally came and measured our stairs and gave us a 6 to 8 week delivery timeframe . . which seems like forever in renovation time. 4 weeks later they were ready and installed. In fact I had to delay them a week as we were not quite ready for them. They adjusted to meet our schedule.

They fit perfectly, they are strong and sturdy and the 2 young men that came to install them were professional, polite and efficient – a definite asset to the company.

We have a century home with stairs that had seen better days. After this company explained what they could do with the existing stairs and a few important features we wanted to preserve (bottoms of newel posts for example) they did a fantastic job. They worked with us to design and implement a solution that was both brand new and consistent with the age of the house aesthetically. Artisanal, professional, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, came back to address any issues that arose after installation. Looks like a million bucks.
